Donnie was pleasant and personable. He was honest in evaluating the car and thorough. The price we were given was 20% below the offer before arriving. He was able to get half of that loss back but for a car in perfect order it was less than it should have been. Still waiting to make sure everything gets paid off. Just expect at least 10% less than the online offer and probably more as ours was in tiptop shape and still were dinged. Also had to wait over an hour after our scheduled time to even begin the process.
