Absolute garbage wouldn’t buy another car here even if it were buy 1 get one they sold me a car with every gasket leaking on the engine didn’t start showing for about 3 weeks then the lousy warranty company doesn’t approve any repairs and when you call to get answers they tell you it’s not their problem even though they sent the car to you with mechanical issues that were masked by a fresh pressure wash now my vehicle leaks a qrt of oil daily and I have to pay over $1000 out of pocket
Donald, at the Greensburg PA location, was very pleasant and easy to work with. He did a thorough inspection of the car, it matched description and we had a check in our hand within an hour that we were very happy with. Smooth and easy process with favorable result.
Donnie was pleasant and personable. He was honest in evaluating the car and thorough. The price we were given was 20% below the offer before arriving. He was able to get half of that loss back but for a car in perfect order it was less than it should have been. Still waiting to make sure everything gets paid off. Just expect at least 10% less than the online offer and probably more as ours was in tiptop shape and still were dinged. Also had to wait over an hour after our scheduled time to even begin the process.
Selling our car here was a great experience, I can’t recommend it highly enough! Sherrie was very friendly and guided us through the process with patience and enthusiasm. We were quite satisfied with the price we received for our car, and happy to enter a new car dealership knowing exactly what our “trade-in” was worth, because we already had the cash in hand.
