It’s a shame I can’t attach a video to my review as I took a video of my iPhone 11 just before I put it in the package to send off to We Buy Tek for recycling.
I was offered maybe £50 initially for the phone, then had a email saying they had found some faults (screen discolouration and white spots) and would be offering less than that. I’ve just rewatched the video I took of me scrolling through some functions on the phone and the device is yes, older than most, but the screen is perfect.
Total waste of time, to be honest. If the phone isn’t returned in the condition I sent it in, I will follow this up appropriately. Disappointing and would not recommend.
