I have sold a few vehicles to these guys over the years so knew what to expect with being knocked down. Only the catch this time was that they offered the price for my van. Fine. Knocked down for one key and wear and tear. That’s ok expected that. But was then hit with it’s a day over my offer period even though I’d booked that date with them on the web site. Surly once I’d accepted that initial offer and arranged a date to take it in they should hold up their end of the deal?? No. The member of staff told me there was no management office I could ring. Only a customer service email which I may get a reply from in 24hours. So this time we buy any car, your not having my vehicle cos you cheat like hell!!! On yer bike mate.
