When I pointed out the discrepancy and expressed my annoyance at being undervalued, the representative responded with laughing emojis and a deeply unprofessional reply here is the exact text.😂😂 If you think they are actually going to pay that, I have a house in Fiji to sell you. Take the van to them; when they pull your pants down, take their offer because I refuse to offer you more. Parasite.This kind of dismissive, condescending behavior has no place in customer service.
