I am very disappointed with my experience with this service and feel it’s important to share it to inform other customers before they decide to purchase. From the start, the machine I received was defective, and despite following all the provided steps, the problems were never resolved. What has made this situation even more stressful is the endless email exchanges with the support team. There is no option for video calls, no real-time assistance, and absolutely no technical support beyond slow email replies—which only added to my frustration during an already stressful experience. After weeks of back-and-forth messages, the only “solutions” presented required me to pay extra, including a 12% restocking fee and an additional charge for packaging—meaning I would have to spend over $300 just to return a faulty product. This is entirely unacceptable and unfair, especially since the equipment has not worked properly since day one. The whole process has been exhausting, stressful, and far from what I anticipated when investing in professional equipment. I will also be sharing photos of the issues publicly so that other buyers can clearly see the unresolved problems I faced. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered, and I strongly recommend that potential buyers think carefully before proceeding with a purchase.
