What a fantastic experience I had at Wed 4 less at the Rotherham branch. Was very apprehensive about going been an older lady in her early 60 s and having looked on line but reluctant to buy on line as sizes so different I found Wed 4 less at Rotherham , about an hours drive from where I live . My time window was limited as my wedding is April so needed to buy off the peg . Me and my sister in law to be had been to Meadowhall in the morning and found nothing what so ever in way of bridal shops, so we headed to Wed 4 less to take a look . Appealed to me as no appointment needed which preferred and less pressure to buy I felt if nothing suitable and can buy off peg and take home same day .
We walked in and was a very busy Saturday afternoon and was told up to an hours wait. Considered not waiting but so pleased we did.
We had chosen the four dresses we thought might be suitable as they only like you to take four in as a starter. We was given the love Angie to help me try on , Angie was absolutely amazing and put me at ease straight away. We found a lovely dress and what was now 5.40 and the store closed at 5 pm never felt like was a burden to them for keeping well after their home time . All Angie wanted was her bride to feel amazing and walk away with the dress of her dreams.
So dress bought we came away and went for a celebratory drink.
Over that weekend I was looking at head combs for my hair on their website and found another dress I had not seen that day. Could not stop thinking that might have been more me. So a week later I returned on the Monday morning, a much quieter day at the store and tried the dress on I had seen. Was perfect and felt was more me . The manager think was Holly had no issues swapping the dress as price the same and not an issue at all . Did feel bad returning but absolutely no trouble at all and their focus was ensuring their customers were happy.
Was pleased to see the lovely Angie was also in that Monday so helped me again and ensured was happy. Also bought a head combs. Felt like Angie was a friend by the time I left on both occasions and what a fantastic person and staff member, but all the other ladies I interacted with equally as kind and caring.
Would definitely recommend Wed 4 less Rotherham and cannot praise them enough .
Looking forward to my special day in my gorgeous dress .
