Don’t believe any ratings for vendors on this website. I had an aweful experience with one vendor, posted an honest review and although they (The Knot) asked me for support (which were court documents), they still didn’t post my review. My guess is they would rather get the money for advertisements than post honest reviews. This one vendor I dealt with was an actual villain (and we won against him in court) and The Knot has chosen to hide my review from his future customers just for a profit. What is the point of having reviews when you hide any negative ones?
