I made a hotel reservation for my nieces wedding via the Knot. Told my sister the rate, forwarded her my confirmation, she was upset that her block rate was higher and called the hotel manager. He said that they do not have my reservation and they do not have any booking arrangements via the Knot!!! I contact the Knot via phone, get the total runaround! Horrible customer service. They only give me a partial credit (stealing almost $200 from me), I call and try to get to a manager. The manger is busy and will call me back. 2 days later no call.I am now contesting the charge with my credit card company. The Knot is a total SCAM!!
