There was a mistake with my order that I swore was not my fault - but honestly it might have been. I had a bad experience at first with the chat person who really didn't know how to fix the problem ( shipping address was mistakenly entered as the billing address also, so was not getting any confirmation and had no way to access the order. ) Finally I emailed my concerns and very quickly a knowledgeable person got involved and fixed everything very handily -- answered my many concerned emails (the items were for a wedding so timing was critical) and handled everything within hours and the entire order arrived at the correct address 48 hours AHEAD of time - thanks to the kind and careful attention of the customer service person . We also love the product (custom wedding matchbooks that THE KNOT took the initiative to put WHITE tips on the matches when I had forgotten to designate that!) and they were so speedy. A great experience all around and even though I prefer to speak to someone by phone they made me feel totally in control by answering my emails really quickly . Thank you all so much.
