This company has been the worst I've dealt with. I placed an order on December 9th and weeks passed without any significant updates. There's a complete lack of proactive communication; the only way to get information is by calling them directly. I had to do this while I was out of the country, which is unreasonable for a paid prescription. When I finally reached customer service, I was informed that the medication would ship via standard delivery, and while a tracking number exists, they couldn't tell me when it would actually ship. Their advice? 'Just keep checking the tracking number until it updates.' That was the extent of their help. The medication was needed before my trip, and now it looks like I'll be waiting until after Christmas, putting my pet's care at risk. To top it off, after paying $85 for the medication and shipping, I was told my only option was to contact my vet and pay to have it filled elsewhere if I wanted it sooner. In summary: Terrible shipping timelines, no transparency, unhelpful customer service, and zero accountability after taking payment. I will never use this pharmacy again. If you care about your pet and want reliability, I suggest looking for another pharmacy.
