Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I placed an order on December 9th and, after weeks, still received no meaningful update. There is a complete lack of proactive communication; I had to call them directly to get any information. I made this call while out of the country, which is unreasonable for a paid prescription order. When I finally reached the support team, I was informed that the medication would ship via standard delivery, and while a tracking number technically exists, they couldn't tell me when it would actually ship. Their suggestion? “Just keep checking the tracking number until it updates.” That was the extent of the assistance provided. This medication was needed before my trip. Instead, it seems I will be waiting until after Christmas, putting my pet’s care at risk. The most frustrating part: after paying $85 for the medication and shipping, the representative told me my only option now was to contact my vet and pay to have it refilled elsewhere if I wanted it sooner. To summarize:
- Terrible shipping timelines
- No transparency or status updates
- Unhelpful, dismissive customer service
- Zero accountability after taking payment This will be my last experience with this service. If you care about your pet and want reliability, communication, or basic competence, I strongly recommend choosing any other pharmacy.

Excessive Delays

This company takes far too long to compound and ship prescriptions. My dog needs heart medication, and I ordered it on 11/30/25, yet it is still in transit. This is the second time I've faced this issue. I previously used another pharmacy and now regret switching.

Unacceptable Delays for Critical Medication

I have a very sick pet, and it took 12 days for this pharmacy to fill his prescription. I had to contact them multiple times, and each time was promised that they would expedite it. I'm fortunate my pet survived while waiting for his medication. If you can't fill prescriptions promptly, you shouldn't be in this business.

Improper Shipping Practices

They send medications that require refrigeration through regular mail. It seems like a cost-cutting measure. A cancer medication for my pet was shipped refrigerated for years, and now they’ve changed that. Customer service was unhelpful. I wouldn't trust my animals with this service.

They shipped it unrefrigerated, claiming their 'chemical suppliers' approved it, yet they refuse to disclose who these suppliers are. This goes against FDA guidelines and veterinary recommendations. When I asked for overnight refrigerated shipping, a pharmacist told me it was not allowed due to a 'business decision.' My order arrived in extreme heat, making it unsafe for my pet. Expecting pet owners to administer chemotherapy under these conditions is reckless.
