Placed an order on the 15th of December (hoping to arrive by Christmas). Received dispatch email from Wedgwood same day. DPD site still says (29th Dec) they know of the order but have not received the package. I have attempted calling customer service a few times. Phone is automated answered asks to hold, then goes silent and never reaches an advisor. Have also attempted reaching the customer service on the website. When I press submit on the contact us form, I get a pop up which says 'We are sorry!We are currently experiencing technical difficulties adding this item to your cart. Please try again later.' So not able to reach customer services at all. This is shoddy for a company selling such expensive items. 7th January 26 I managed to reach customer services on the phone. They were extremely apologetic, and have resolved the issue.
