I have recently purchased 20 piece set of Old Country Roses due to Wedgwood Name from Canada Link however I received the shipment from US - damaged and smelly packaging and not in original clear wraps.2 dinner plate had black smudges on them, 1 cup broken, butter plates have marking visible on the back like 025, 019, 02 not sure why this is visible through glaze and most of all - did not come in individually wrapped clear bags as I have purchased another set. Customer Service is having Technical Difficulties.Awaiting for a response from them....after multiple attempts through their website.They now have responded they will review my case 48-72 hours. Very disappointed with the purchase which was a lot for the 20pcs set.Looks to me they shipped defective loose products.thanks.
