Ordered a bone china mug for my 94 year old mother on the 10th of December hoping it would arrive for her birthday on the 23 . Never received the item and had to raise a dispute with my bank . I should have red the reviews before I ordered this and saved myself all the grief . Worst company ever do not buy from them !!!
