Bought online, two (02) dinner plates from the Gio gold collection at the beginning of December, delivery took just few days but : The first plate was already broken upon delivery and while I understand this issues can occur during transportation I do expect a well-known company as wedgwood would take a more careful approach when it comes to packing and getting orders ready fir delivery. However, I just considered myself in bad luck that time. The second dinner plate cracked as soon as a hot meal was placed on it, what it's absolutely ridiculous as this is the main purpose of a dinner plater. I am extremally disappointed with the quality of the China. I filled a warranty claim for both items and it's been over 3 weeks and no response has yet been received. Terrible quality and inexistent customer service.
