This time, I was enticed by a Black Friday promotion offering 20% off along with a mystery gift valued at $15, so I decided to purchase a set of skincare products worth over $180. Upon receiving my order, I searched for the gift but only found a small plastic pouch, around 8 cm × 9 cm. Initially, I thought a sample was missing, so I contacted customer support for clarification. To my astonishment, they informed me that the pouch itself was considered the gift. I couldn't believe it was valued at $15. Although it had a logo on it, it resembled a cheap plastic pouch you could find at a discount store. I would have preferred if they hadn't mentioned a free gift at all.
