I have previously shopped with the company, but this time I was drawn in by a Black Friday promotion offering 20% off along with a mystery gift valued at $15. I purchased a set of Vitamin C & E + Peptide, totaling over $180. Upon receiving my package, I searched for the gift and found a tiny plastic pouch, approximately 8 cm × 9 cm. Initially, I thought a sample was missing, so I reached out to the support team. To my surprise, they informed me that the pouch itself was considered the gift. I was incredulous that it was valued at $15. While it does have a logo on it, it resembles a cheap pouch you might find at a discount store. I wish they hadn't advertised a free gift at all.

This company is a total scam. They delivered my order—worth $300—to the wrong address, despite my providing the correct street and postal code. Their so-called resolution team acted unprofessionally and refused to take responsibility, attributing the error to a mismatched city name instead of rectifying their mistake. It's shocking how careless and dismissive their support team was. I've never encountered such a lack of accountability and basic customer service. I strongly advise avoiding this company—they do not deserve your trust or money.
This is how I was treated. It was my first order, and I even paid for express shipping. The representative stated that I needed to file a claim with the postal service. They insisted that the claim had to be handled by the postal service and not expedited on their end. They claimed I didn’t receive the product, yet they confirmed it was delivered. They refused to reship an item that was marked as delivered. After shipping thousands of items weekly, they have heard various claims, and this one needed to be investigated by the postal service. I was provided with a link to start the process, but it felt like they were dismissing my concerns. It seems they were implying I was lying—what a way to treat customers. I would recommend avoiding this company entirely.
While the company offers many excellent products, their professionalism and customer service are severely lacking. I have been waiting over a month and a half for them to correct their mistake of sending me two of the same item. Their responses have been slow, vague, rude, and completely lacking in apology. I hope to receive my product valued at $125 before the New Year!
