They refused to reship an item that was marked as delivered. After shipping thousands of items weekly, they have heard various claims, and this one needed to be investigated by the postal service. I was provided with a link to start the process, but it felt like they were dismissing my concerns. It seems they were implying I was lying—what a way to treat customers. I would recommend avoiding this company entirely.
