I have previously shopped with the company, but this time I was drawn in by a Black Friday promotion offering 20% off along with a mystery gift valued at $15. I purchased a set of Vitamin C & E + Peptide, totaling over $180. Upon receiving my package, I searched for the gift and found a tiny plastic pouch, approximately 8 cm × 9 cm. Initially, I thought a sample was missing, so I reached out to the support team. To my surprise, they informed me that the pouch itself was considered the gift. I was incredulous that it was valued at $15. While it does have a logo on it, it resembles a cheap pouch you might find at a discount store. I wish they hadn't advertised a free gift at all.
