This service is completely unreliable. The long velvet dress arrived stuffed into a tiny plastic bag that was damaged upon arrival. It didn't fit and was of poor quality. They make returns nearly impossible, expecting you to give up on getting a refund. Initially, I was offered a £9 refund on a dress that cost £199 if I didn’t return it, but if I did return it to the USA, they wouldn't cover postage, and I had to pay return shipping and taxes. When I raised my concerns, they offered £98, but later claimed that was a mistake and would only give me £28. Returning the dress through their suggested shipping company would be very costly, and they only allow 7 days for it to arrive or they won’t refund anything. AVOID this service.
