This service is a complete scam. The long velvet dress was delivered crammed into a very small plastic bag that was already torn upon arrival. It didn't fit and the quality was subpar. They make the return process nearly impossible, pushing you to give up on obtaining a refund. Initially, I received an email offering a £9 refund for a dress that cost £199 if I didn’t return it, but if I did return it to the USA, they would not cover postage, and I would have to pay for return shipping and taxes. When I raised my concerns, they offered me a £98 refund, but later claimed that was a mistake and would only provide £28. Returning the dress through their suggested shipping method would be quite costly, and they only allow 7 days for it to arrive, or they won’t issue any refund. DO NOT PURCHASE from this service.
If I could rate this service zero stars, I would. The dress I ordered arrived in a completely different material, was way too big, and had a different shoulder design than advertised. I followed their instructions and returned the dress to the address they provided in Texas, only for the delivery to be refused. It's clear this service has no intention of issuing a refund or honoring consumer rights. I have escalated the issue with my bank under the Consumer Credit Act and will be reporting the service to the relevant authorities for their clear breach of consumer law. Steer clear of this service!

Absolutely terrible experience! Do not order from this service. They make returns nearly impossible. I tried on a dress and within an hour sought to return it. No return labels, no assistance. They offered me ridiculous credits of $20. I've never encountered a worse service. Buyer beware!
I ordered my dress (I reside in the UK), and the delivery was prompt. Any queries I had were addressed swiftly by the support team, who were both helpful and informative. Although I had to return my dress (no fault of the service), the process was easy, and I received my refund just two days after my dress was returned. Five stars; I couldn't find any fault!
Regrettably, I must give a low rating as I have never received the dress I ordered! I have requested a refund since I no longer need the product. It's far too late if it even arrives? After reading other reviews about this service, it’s clear that poor service and slow refunds are common. I recommend not purchasing from them.
This service FORGOT TWICE to issue my refund! I had to reach out twice to get my refund over a month after returning the dress. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional; I wouldn't have received my refund if I hadn't randomly checked my bank statements! Also, a tip for the service: maybe skip the arguing with customers! I had to ask THREE TIMES for refund instructions because they kept trying to offer me an inadequate amount of store credit and refused to provide the return address after I clearly stated I just needed to return the dress! A bizarre and questionable service; I’ve warned everyone I know to avoid ordering from here!
