Their return policy says to notify the company within 14 days if you want to return an item. I email them on day 7 asking for a return, followed up a few days later, and got an immediate response telling me I received the item on 3/11 and asked for the return on 3/18, thus I failed to fall within the 7 day window and wouldn’t get to return the item. This email also sent me a link to their official return policy.2 glaring issues here: First, the return policy that they linked me to says 14 days. Nowhere does it say 7 days anywhere. Second, even if it were 7 days, by their own account I fell within that window. I don’t know if they just aren’t reading their own policy (or words for that matter) but this is absurd.
