Decent prices but when the clothes arrive it’s easy to see why. Garments are of a very low quality and remind me of Primark. The company’s transparency is great but being “Made in Bangladesh” with low quality materials still isn’t reassuring. I actually tried to cancel when they informed me of a delay to my order but was told it was impossible as the order was “in progress.” Still struggling to understand how a delay can be in progress. Technically a delay could last weeks/months but still be in progress by Weekday’s definitions.Trying to return my items after seeing the quality is another issue. Their courier partners confirm they will pick it up and yet they don’t call at the agreed date/time.Seems like a cheap operation from delivery through to returns.
