Although there was a delay with my order, I want to commend the outstanding customer service. After reaching out via email, they provided a clear explanation and were incredibly kind and professional throughout. They even offered a generous gesture for the inconvenience, which I truly valued. It made me feel appreciated as a customer and turned the experience positive. Overall, I’m pleased with how the situation was handled and the support I received.
The service was initially responsive regarding my lost parcel, which was eventually returned. However, I still haven’t received a refund, and my emails are going unanswered. Other than email, there’s no way to get in touch. A phone number or quicker response to inquiries would be beneficial.
I purchased items worth 300€. I visited the location to return some unwanted items, but they refused to assist in a very rude manner. I’ve spent an hour with customer service and dealing with ineffective chats, and I still can’t get return labels. I’ve wasted so much time with no solution to send the items back. It’s impossible!
I ordered an item with a delivery estimate of 4-7 days for a gift card! It still hasn’t arrived 10 days later, and the tracking isn’t functional. When I called customer service (after searching for the number), they had no information and suggested it could take 3 weeks! I recommend avoiding this service.
The delivery has been extremely slow, and the tracking is inaccurate. I ordered a package on November 26th, and as of December 9th, it hasn’t arrived. The tracking information hasn’t updated since it was supposedly shipped on December 1st. It’s quite frustrating and unreliable.
It’s disheartening. They offer amazing clothing, but the customer service and order times are disappointing. The service isn’t the best, and they always seem overwhelmed. I ordered a large hoodie, but received an XL instead, despite the label indicating L. My order took 3 weeks to a month at times, which is unacceptable. When I inquired, they said it was lost and issued a refund. It feels like a waste of money and time. Great clothing, but the service is lacking.
The management of my order was extremely poor. My discount code didn’t apply at checkout, so I tried to reorder and cancel the first order (which is standard on most clothing websites). However, they claimed they couldn’t cancel it, even though it likely hadn’t shipped yet. I contacted them quickly, and they also mentioned a return fee of 40 SEK (≈4EUR) per item, which is excessive for a large order if items don’t fit. I would not recommend purchasing from this website, as my opinion has changed drastically after this experience.
