The website is not user friendly - at checkout it asks for your address but automatically chooses ‘pick-up’ as the delivery option rather than home delivery. Even though my order was delayed/hadn’t even been packed and posted, customer service weren’t able to change my address. Honestly; not sure what customer service is for if they can’t solve this issue. Don’t even get me started on delivery times - no clear timeline for how long it would take to actually receive the order.
