Highly disappointing encounter. I arranged this 10 days in advance, only to have the appointment cancelled due to illness, which I can appreciate. However, no alternative solutions were offered, and I was just rescheduled without any discussion. The issue is that I am traveling on the new date, making it impossible for me to attend. Consequently, I am now left without a device. I was told that there is only one technician available for the entire area, and no alternative options were suggested—like a technician from a different location. The reply was simply, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do,” which is unacceptable.
