Mark Mulrennan was very professional and had excellent communication skills and kept me well informed at all times. This was a seamlessly process and very convenient with Mark coming to my doorstep to collect the phone and then fixing it at my doorstep. This saved me so much time and money (covered by my NatWest insurance so just had to pay excess fee). Would highly recommend likewise and Mark.
Highly disappointing encounter. I arranged this 10 days in advance, only to have the appointment cancelled due to illness, which I can appreciate. However, no alternative solutions were offered, and I was just rescheduled without any discussion. The issue is that I am traveling on the new date, making it impossible for me to attend. Consequently, I am now left without a device. I was told that there is only one technician available for the entire area, and no alternative options were suggested—like a technician from a different location. The reply was simply, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do,” which is unacceptable.

Had a warranty fault with my camera on my S25 ultra , Mark Mulrennan was my likewise technician he kept me well notified of his arrival and when he arrived he was extremely polite and friendly explaining what he will do and how long he may be with the repair. Mark had my phone camera replaced and working within 45 minutes he demonstrated the the camera was now working as intended . Would definitely recommend Mark if you have an option superb technician thanks Mark 👍
Great service and good communication. Very pleased with service on the day. It's really convenient and a great way to keep your phone working. It is worth mentioning that the appointment was postponed twice, each time the afternoon before. When I called after the second delay it turned out to be an issue with sourcing the battery, which was useful to know. It would have been good to know earlier about each postponement as keeping an entire day free is a challenge. I recommend the service but it's worth knowing that the date might move.
Great service, arrived exactly as email and SMS time said at my door. Worked on my phone in maintenance mode for about an hour then knocked on my door, said it was done. Did a quick check with me and that was it. My phone feels brand new again. Excellent
