I was quoted a £50 call-out fee, which seemed reasonable, and the technician arrived within 30 minutes. While the job was done well, the final bill was shockingly high, including an 'admin fee' of over £900. Since the technician insisted he couldn't leave until I paid and I was working from home, I felt pressured to pay in full right then. Avoid this service at all costs. They know they overcharged me, and I hope they eventually face consequences for their actions. Please be cautious and do not use this service.
