The baggage information provided during booking was misleading. It showed as “Data not available.” Later, I learned one flight allowed 15 kg while the other offered no baggage. I was traveling with two suitcases—one for me and one for my mother. Adding a bag at the airport cost 450 SAR, which meant we had to leave one suitcase behind. The support team declined any compensation or responsibility.
