I booked a flight, and it was stated that the cancellation fee would be 750 riyals. However, when I later needed to cancel for personal reasons, customer service informed me that the ticket was non-cancelable and no refund would be issued. Additionally, the representatives were quite rude and unhelpful during my inquiries. This experience reflects very poor service, and I cannot recommend using this platform for bookings. The displayed rates do not match the final payment, and the service quality is lacking. I strongly advise against using this app.
I booked two rooms with a clear request for them to be adjacent. Upon arrival, the hotel informed me they could not meet this request and directed me back to the platform for compensation. However, they refused to assist, despite the issue impacting my comfort. I am only seeking partial compensation for the inconvenience. I hope the Resolution Team can assist.
My experience with an agent was very disappointing. After booking three tickets and making payment, he canceled and asked me to pay again, assuring me of a refund. After I paid again, he stopped answering my calls and blocked me. I do not trust this company; they defrauded me of £3000.
