I booked two rooms with a clear request for them to be adjacent. Upon arrival, the hotel informed me they could not meet this request and directed me back to the platform for compensation. However, they refused to assist, despite the issue impacting my comfort. I am only seeking partial compensation for the inconvenience. I hope the Resolution Team can assist.
