Worst experience ever!!!
First of all , i had an flight for 4th March from DXB to CGP, the flight got cancelled due the war situation but they didn’t inform me. I went to airport and came back then i followed up for the rescheduled flights then they said they requested to the airlines for 9th March. I was continuously following up till 9th March, they said still they didn’t receive any update from the airlines then i went straight to the airlines to seek help then they told me Wego already requested for the refund without informing me. Then I called them for the refund and the agent said it might take 90 business days, as per their terms and conditions it was supposed to be refunded with 7-10 business days. Then i was asking them 10-15 business days are understandable but not 90 days!!! She was like this is because of current situation. Like seriously???? 90 days to refund?? This was my first time to use this app and honestly this was the worst experience ever. Im not sure if i will get the refund or not.
