I had a very disappointing experience with this service, and I strongly urge others to steer clear. They promised a shipping time of 4 days, yet over two months have passed and I still haven't received my order. This alone is unacceptable, but it gets worse. Customer support is virtually nonexistent. I've sent multiple emails and messages asking for updates and a refund, but either receive no response or vague, generic replies that lead nowhere. There's no real way to speak to a person, and they provide no clear options for refunds or cancellations, even after failing to deliver. I still don’t have my order, and the company refuses to process a refund. A TOTAL SCAM!
