Disappointing Experience with Order Tracking

I ordered a jersey on December 2, 2025, but the tracking number provided had no updates. I reached out to the company multiple times for information, but they were unable to help, always citing reasons like 'overload at customs.' I was unaware that the item was coming from overseas and believed it was an officially licensed product. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they offered a 15% credit, which amounted to only $12.64 on my total of $82.95.

Highly Disappointing Experience - Avoid

I had a very frustrating experience with this service, and I highly recommend others to steer clear. They promised a shipping time of 4 days, but it has now been over two months, and I still haven't received my order. This alone is unacceptable, but it only gets worse. Customer support is nearly nonexistent. I've sent several emails and messages seeking updates and a refund, but I either get no response or vague, generic replies that don't help. There's no real way to talk to someone, and they provide no clear options for refunds or cancellations, even after failing to deliver. I still don’t have my order, and the company is unwilling to issue a refund. A TOTAL SCAM!

Long Wait for a Simple Item

I ordered a jersey that was NOT personalized. It’s been 21 days and I'm still waiting. When I ask for updates, I just get told they are 'working on it.' What is there to work on with a jersey that is NOT personalized? This was meant to be a gift for my 10-year-old grandson, his only gift! I paid over $80 and this is the service I receive? I WANT MY PRODUCT!

I ordered a football jersey as a Christmas gift, and it arrived defective. The stitching was backwards and the material was paper thin. When I asked for a refund, they told me I had to pay for shipping, despite their policy stating that 'customers are not responsible for return shipping fees when the return or exchange is due to our error.'

Terrible Quality

Total junk! I paid $83 for a custom jersey for my son. The stitching is poor, the colors are off, and the logos are improperly placed. Do not buy from this service! They wouldn’t accept a return since it was custom, even though it was total trash and not even close to what I expected!

This is my experience with the service: at the end of the World Series, I wanted to show off my team, so I made a purchase online. I was a bit worried at first, but they accepted PayPal, which made me feel secure. The manufacturing took some time for my name and number. I reached out via email and received a timely response.
