I reached out to customer service immediately to explain the mistake, but their response took a while. Once they replied, they stated that since I accepted the terms and conditions at checkout, they wouldn’t issue a refund. Additionally, the book was disappointing; it only covers the first three months and lacks value. I ended up spending $133, which felt like a total waste. Overall, this was a negative experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company due to the confusing checkout process, inflexible refund policy, and underwhelming product.
