Obviously in financial difficulties. I was visitng the Starbucks at the Membury Lambourne (East) services on the M4 and decided to use the Starbucks coffee shop to finish off some work. Got a £60 parking fine from some random company (Parkingeye) who swear their signs were at the entrance to the car park. They were not. Anything to get money from their punters, I suppose.
My fault for seeing an empty car park and spending money there. Won't be making that mistake again.
