Outstanding Assistance at Newport Pagnell

During a 6-hour wait due to a tire blowout, I received incredible support from a staff member at this location. Despite the cold weather, she went above and beyond to help me with sourcing and changing the tire. It's rare to find such kindness and empathy today, and she truly restored my faith in humanity.
