Really disapointed, ordered a few bits to test the water and got sent a wrong item (110v instead of 240v) Called to let them know as soon as I opened the box and guy said he'd look into it, but since then, no answer on the phone and no reply to email or website messages. Having to open a claim on the credit card just to get my money back. Now I've got a big box sitting in the back room collecting dust...
