Really disapointed, ordered a few bits to test the water and got sent a wrong item (110v instead of 240v) Called to let them know as soon as I opened the box and guy said he'd look into it, but since then, no answer on the phone and no reply to email or website messages. Having to open a claim on the credit card just to get my money back.
Now I've got a big box sitting in the back room collecting dust...

Just sent my first order. I managed to mess up in that I did not claim the first order discount. I contacted them and asked if it could be sorted retrospectively. In addition I ordered an additional item. I received a really prompt response from Rachel. She has sorted it all and the goods will be with me tomorrow. Top quality customer service.
I had been contemplating buying a better MIG welder than the cheap one I had. After spending time scrawling the net I came across welding supplies direct. I sent a message to them through the contact section of their website and within 1 hour I had an email from them. A chap called Nick answered my queries and asked some further questions on what the MIG would be used for. After confirming everything he sent me a quote for a Parweld MIG. I placed the order and the delivery arrived within 48 hours. It it very rare to receive great customer service these days however, I would class this as exceptional customer service. An Extremely happy customer.
Very user friendly website, prices and product quality is competitive. Had a little issue with delivery but after resolving, general manager Tom was very friendly and accommodating. This is my go to supplier for all of my workshop welding equipment.
bought a oxford 300A single phase , new in 2020 as an upgrade to my R-tech 250A . After around 2 months the motor that feeds the mig wire coil out out stopped first , the dealer told me they had bought from a different supplier and there was an issue , they sent me out a new motor and away itvwent again , shortly after the transformer burnt out and after 6 months without a welder they eventually told me that it wasn't covered by warranty, bought a Jasic 270 and could not fault it , its definitely a better more capable welder than the Oxford and iv recently just bought one of there plasma , my uncle bought a identical welder to mine , unfortunately his developed a problem too however it was collected the same day as he reported it and sent to Manchester to be repaired , back on farm at the Friday of the same week , Wouldn't have another oxford even if it was free
