Do not purchase from this company. They retain your funds. I bought a defective jacket and returned it through the standard guarantee process. They acknowledged receipt of the jacket but stopped replying to my messages. Now they have both my jacket and my money. I've been messaging them monthly for the past 8 months, but there has been no response. I can see they receive my messages, as I get their automated replies.
