Avoid this seller; they do not handle refunds properly. I returned a defective jacket through the standard guarantee process. They confirmed receipt but then stopped communicating. Now they have both my jacket and my money. I've been reaching out monthly for 8 months, but there's been no reply. I know they receive my messages because I get their automated responses.
The service from start to finish has always been excellent, and the products are accurately described at competitive prices during certain times of the year. I would personally appreciate a wider selection, but they understand their market.
