everything worked well until 2 months in a row they didnt dispatch my medication for a whole week even though my gp approved it the day after I requested it. First time I went to customer care and it was resolved, second time which was this recent week they completely ignored any of the messages I sent, and all of my customer care requests, even though their chat says they respond "within 3 hours" or sometimes it said "within 2 hours" well for me it was 3 days no response. and 3 days without my medication in which I suffered withdrawals. If youre ordering meds that you rely on every day do not use well. It has been horrible and their team dont seem to know what theyre doing. I'm very surprised their trustpilot has higher ratings than everywhere else. anyway I've deleted my account because honestly it sucks they just ignored me outright.
