Avoid this pharmacy run by unprofessional staff if you are on repeat for last 10 years they still have a case to blame the patient running inside like headless chicken had to go next door to doctors to to change pharmacy glad I have done very very rude staff avoid
I had a last-minute prescription and the staff handled it quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, attentive, and even offered extra advice about managing my condition. The pharmacy is well-stocked and organized. Very happy with the service and this is definitely my go-to place for all my medication needs. Saba the pharmacist manager is a very helpful and friendly person.

I have encountered one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. My repeat prescription is consistently sent to them, yet every time I arrive for collection, it's not prepared, even after 10 days from the prescription date. On my last attempt, I finally received my medication after three visits and a total of 12 days. I requested home delivery for future prescriptions, and they agreed. However, I received a prescription from my GP on January 7th, and it is still with the pharmacy. Today, I called to inquire about my home delivery, and the staff informed me that it wasn't noted in their records. They have now confirmed that it will be delivered in two days. As a diabetic patient, I was supposed to change my Libre 2 plus sensor today, but I now have to wait two more days due to the negligence from the pharmacy.
Outstanding service experience. I ordered a cholesterol test that arrived promptly. When I couldn't finish the test, I reached out to the support team to request a new kit. Within three hours, they organized for another kit to be sent. They also provided helpful tips for completing the test via email. Overall, a fantastic service. I will definitely use it again.
The staff is always courteous and goes above and beyond to assist. They genuinely inquire about your overall health. I've also witnessed them extending the same respectful treatment to others. It's a joy to be associated with this pharmacy that has just been taken over. Great job so far!
I enjoy utilizing a local pharmacy. My prescriptions arrive monthly via electronic delivery right to my doorstep. There is also the option to pick them up in-store. However, I have noticed that due to recent staff shortages, the pharmacy has had to close early on several occasions.
