I have encountered one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. My repeat prescription is consistently sent to them, yet every time I arrive for collection, it's not prepared, even after 10 days from the prescription date. On my last attempt, I finally received my medication after three visits and a total of 12 days. I requested home delivery for future prescriptions, and they agreed. However, I received a prescription from my GP on January 7th, and it is still with the pharmacy. Today, I called to inquire about my home delivery, and the staff informed me that it wasn't noted in their records. They have now confirmed that it will be delivered in two days. As a diabetic patient, I was supposed to change my Libre 2 plus sensor today, but I now have to wait two more days due to the negligence from the pharmacy.
