UPDATE Feb 19, 2025. 14 days after successfully registering a complaint with my credit card provider, a full refund was credited to my account from WellaHeat China.I ordered their heated socks Jan 4 and received a "Order out for Delivery" email stating "Quality-Checked, Packed and Ready to Leave Our Warehouse" on same day. 17 days later I haven't received a shipment confirmation or tracking info, I've emailed hello@wellaheat and support@wellaheat, all emails bouncing back as undeliverable. I'm now waiting the required 30 days before I can dispute the charge with my credit card provider.
