It all began on the 5th Jan when my order was allegedly shipped. It was all going very smoothly until I started to get delivery notifications from Yodel. And let me tell you I don't know who is worse?? Wellawhite or Yodel. But that's another review! Anyway they were unable to deliver because as it transpired my address was incomplete........no house number!! The very first thing you write on the address line is your house number and it was missing?? Yodel are IMPOSSIBLE to speak with you get AI robots I even downloaded their app and tried to redirect to an impost locker but you can't do that until you have contacted them to authorise its change. Let me tell you I got my tech savvy daughter to try and reach out to that USELESS shipping company. I offered her 50 quid an she jumped at the chance but even she was defeated Im relieved to say. The only service Yodel offer is Lip service. So back to Wellawhite I suspect they have a cute little trick going on were the house number is deliberately omitted and then after so many delivery attempts the product is returned to CHINA just like (Donald Trump says it) with venom...CHINA!!. There as crafty as a barrel load of monkeys and you never see your toothpaste or get a refund. I've been in touch with the customer services at wellawhite and you just get passified with the Zendesk bullshit department and when you directly ask for a refund you get fobbed off with were monitoring the situation thank you for your patience. You know you've lost as soon as you see the customer services is Zendesk the chinggley bells start to alarm. IVE BEEN HAD.
