Ordered teeth whitening kits. You pay $7.00 for delivery and delivery takes forever. You can expect 2 to 3 weeks to receive. Absolutely horrible. And customer service is non-existent. They say, on their website, that they have 24/7 live chat but they don’t. They also have a “502” area code number to call. No live person ever answers. It just puts you into an endless queue waiting and you never reach anyone to speak to. Your only option is to send an email and they don’t respond. The website, when ordering, tries to scam you into ordering all sorts of extras and one-time deals. They’re not one-time. The same deals are available every time you go on their website. I don’t think this company is located in the U.S., which is evidenced by the absurdly long delivery times and inability to reach a live person to either chat or talk to.
