Great masks, but the UPS Mail Innovations service leaves a lot to be desired. I have been asked by Wellbefore's automatic email service to submit a review. I've written a similar one before but I'll do so again because my mixed feelings about the total service remain.While the masks are top notch (good fit, range of sizes, breathable, comfortable) I still have the same comment about the UPS Mail Innovations delivery service which is not a definite day service, and which is the likely service if you have a relatively small subscription. This service hands UPS parcels over to USPS for the last (local) delivery stage. In our case, according to the tracking history, the parcel has been "out for delivery" by USPS only to be "forwarded", passed back into the USPS network, re-emerging for delivery 4 days later. At the time of writing, that is a 4 day delay and I don't know if the package will be delivered in this second "out for delivery" phase. That kind of delay makes subscription planning quite difficult.
