Tracking needs improvement

The tracking number that you sent for me to follow, when clicked on went straight to phone number and wanted you to call it. I clicked and it said wasn't a valued number. So could not follow. Only knew it came when you sent text/email saying it had been delivered. My husband uses these when mowing or working in his shop because he has severe allergies. They help. I just need for you to get gloves size XL in!
